We are here to serve you every day. You can place your order through our webstore 24 hours a day. If you need to contact us by phone using our toll free number, (800) 533-8115, we are open every week day at 7:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM Monday – Friday. On Saturday we are here from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time, all year).

NO SALE IS COMPLETE UNTIL YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED. Let us know (by phone or mail) within 7 days if you’re not pleased with your purchase and you will receive a refund or exchange or credit. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

NO HASSLE HERE!
That means we handle all the hassles if any of the items you order are damaged in shipment. If your package shows damage upon arrival, please call us, toll free, immediately. We will reship your order that day and handle all shipping claims. If you discover damage after you have accepted shipment and opened your order, please save the box and damaged goods. Call us toll free. We will immediately ship replacement items for those that were damaged and take care of all claims with the carrier. Just one toll free call to us takes care of it all.
Animal Health Express chooses the method of shipping for each order according to the fastest, least expensive way to deliver to you. Small orders that are not cold items will be shipped United States Postal Service. USPS also delivers on Saturday, UPS does not.
NONE! Animal Health Express pays freight on most all items except: rush orders, products marked FOB, COLD or HAZARD or any products you request special shipping on. No matter how may items you order, you pay a one time processing $9.95.
If you need it “yesterday,” you may request “Double Express” Service. Federal Express serves almost all the areas UPS does and offers very competitive rates for air service. Please call to confirm our rates for our expedited air shipments. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska – please call to confirm costs and that the product can be shipped via air-service.
Sorry – we do not ship outside of the United States.
Vaccines or medications that require cold packaging are sent on a no-exchange, non-refundable basis.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
To exchange or receive a refund for items you ordered, please call our toll free number to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days in its original package. Please include the original invoice with the Return Number. This will also help us expedite your refund.
